Stock Management
The principal of this service is to allow local Authorities and Housing Associations to recycle existing products that are in good condition and reuse these products in other properties.
When a tenancy is terminated the property will be assesses to establish which items are in good condition and could be re-used. These goods will be uplifted by The Furnishing Service and stored in one of our warehouses in either East Kilbride or Manchester.
Any minor repairs will then be carried out at this stage e.g. new casters, new handles and general clean. All electrical items will be PAT tested.
The goods will then be delivered to a nominated property with any new items to complete the inventory required. This service is widely available to all our customers.
