The Furnishing Services dedicated team provides a comprehensive service to our many customers.

All our staff our trained to be polite, efficient and sensitive to the needs of our customers. Our products undergo a 4-stage check to prevent delivery of incorrect or damaged goods. Products our checked upon entering the warehouse, when they are ‘picked’ for delivery, when they are loaded onto the delivery vehicle and when they are unpacked and placed in each property.

Virtually none of the work we carry out is sub-contracted which enables us to maintain full control over work co-ordination and ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency.

We aim to meet the most rigorous of timescales, and consider ourselves to be a 'can do' organisation. This means in the event of an emergency we will supply and fit furniture within 24hrs. With a highly trained team of customer service coordinators and a fully computerised system we are able to deal with orders, stock control, invoicing and customer accounts quickly and effectively.

Strategic and review meetings our held with all our customers on a regular basis and are attended by all key members of staff.

To ensure all delivery dates are met we use only highly reputable companies to provide our leased vehicles which ensures that in the case of a breakdown a new vehicle is provided and all orders can be met on time.
