Complaints Procedure

In the event that you have an enquiry or complaint about our service or a member of staff please fill in our enquires and complaint form via the link below and we will work hard to;

  1. Formally log the enquiry or complaint and provide written/electronic confirmation we are dealing with the matter within one working day
  2. Investigate the matter thoroughly within 5 working days of receipt (except in extenuating circumstances)
  3. Log all the details of the investigation
  4. Provide a written and verbal response of the action taken within 10 working days
  5. Request verbal and written confirmation that you are satisfied with the outcome of the action we have taken. This will be formally logged on file.
