Complaints Procedure
In the event that you have an enquiry or complaint about our service or a member of staff please fill in our enquires and complaint form via the link below and we will work hard to;
- Formally log the enquiry or complaint and provide written/electronic confirmation we are dealing with the matter within one working day
- Investigate the matter thoroughly within 5 working days of receipt (except in extenuating circumstances)
- Log all the details of the investigation
- Provide a written and verbal response of the action taken within 10 working days
- Request verbal and written confirmation that you are satisfied with the outcome of the action we have taken. This will be formally logged on file.
